Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

At Trend Gulf, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We Accept Returns ONLY in These 2 Cases:

1. Damaged Item If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trendgulf.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

2. Wrong Item Received If you received a different item than what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trendgulf.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the item you received

Resolution In both cases, we will either:

  • Send the correct/replacement item, OR
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

All other return requests will not be accepted.

Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
