At Trend Gulf, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

## Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* The item must be in the original packaging.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Sale or discounted items
* Gift cards
* Personal care products
* Customized or personalized items

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

## Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

## Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

## Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
